Who we are

Data we do not request

The app does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location to play.

Data stored on your device

GridNoir stores progress, unlocked levels, available hints, preferences and downloaded level catalogs on your device.

You can remove this data by deleting the app or using your operating system storage controls.

Level catalog service

On launch, the app may contact a level service to check for new cases. The request can include catalog version, language, platform, app version, build number, schema version and supported asset features.

The server may process normal technical data such as IP address, date, requested path and user agent for security, diagnostics and service delivery. We retain server logs for up to 90 days unless longer retention is needed for security or legal compliance.

Ads and consent

GridNoir uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform for rewarded ads and consent management.

Google may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate network-derived location, ad interactions, diagnostics and anti-fraud signals to serve, measure and protect ads.

On iOS, if tracking permission is requested, you can accept or deny it in the system prompt. In regions where consent is required, UMP presents consent choices before personalized ads are loaded when applicable.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers needed to operate the app, such as level catalog hosting and Google for ads and consent.

Security, retention and deletion

We use secure connections when the remote catalog is configured with HTTPS. We limit server log retention and do not maintain our own user profiles.

To request access, correction or deletion of information we may hold, email privacy@racorway.com.

Children

GridNoir is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, providers or legal requirements change. The latest update date appears near the top of the page.
